We believe a fully cared for community is one that finds everything it needs in relationship with Almighty God. It is our joy to point others to God’s love through consistent acts of service and mercy.

At the Intersection, we take the mandate to care for our community seriously, providing for the physical needs of the poor and disenfranchised.

Through strategic partnerships with community initiatives, we help to provide meals, beds, medical care and more to those in need.

The Intersection Church gives time, energy, volunteer hours and finances to help a growing number of amazing community organizations and non-profits in our area.

We as a church also set aside one week every year to show our community that we care about them- we call it LOVE Week. It is an opportunity for the people around us to see the love of God at work through His people.

But.. If we only see ourselves as being able to provide for our community’s physical needs, we are missing something crucial.

Jesus didn’t just tell us to go out and meet people’s physical needs, He told us to meet their SPIRITUAL needs as well. Our heart is to always share our faith accompanied with acts of service just as Jesus did. Jesus cared for the whole person every time. We desire to do the same!

Our job is to share our faith, pointing people to Jesus every step of the way, while providing for their physical needs as well.
